Numbuh 4 makes a bet to out trick-or-treat all his friends, but encounters trouble when he runs into Stickybeard and his candy pirates who are out to steal Halloween candy.
This is the only episode of Kids Next Door that I have ever seen, and if the others are anything like this, it's a very good series. Good allusions, and the episode is just a lot of fun. Great animation, and fun characters.
